Limbwalker Tree Care at 5506 Grove Road, Trumansburg, New York.

Keith gave me an estimate and told me it would be 6 weeks before he could get to the tree. Over seven weeks later Keith called at noon, while I was at work. He left a message on my cell phone saying he would be able to do the job that day and to call him back if I did not want it done. I called as soon as I got the message, 2 hours later, and left a message on his office phone and his cell phone letting him know that I had made other arrangements and did not want the job done. I had found another business to do the job for less than half the price Limbwalker had quoted me! When I got home from work that day he had cut the tree without even speaking to me personally first. Keith did not see any problem with showing up at my home with no one home and no confirmation. I feel he was overpriced and not customer friendly.
